With a heart rooted in education and mentorship, she created SHINE RETREATS in 2022 as a safe, uplifting space where girls can learn to love themselves unapologetically and build unshakable confidence.

Rachel’s mission is to equip the next generation with the tools they need to stand tall in the face of bullying, navigate the pressures and pitfalls of social media, and walk through life with a sense of inner strength and lasting self-worth. Through her guidance, she inspires young girls to conquer their fears, embrace their power, and truly shine from the inside out!
